Made to order – please measure your wrist and include that measurement with your order.

If you do not have a flexible measuring tape you can wrap a piece of string around your arm/wrist where you would like the bracelet to sit and then measure that with a ruler or tape measure. Do not pull the string tight – just wrap it around gently and write down the length. Do not add any extra length to your measurement.

Each mystery braid leather bracelet is made to order from raw materials in my home-based shop in Waltham Ma. I use high quality Pull-Up leather which creates a beautiful two tone effect and makes each bracelet unique. The snaps are sourced from THK/Hasi-Hato in Japan and are entirely solid brass which will patina nicely over time. Hasi-Hato Snaps are produced to very tight tolerances making for a consistent and reliable snap closure.

Pull-up Leather is a special type of Full Grain Leather. It will change color and lighten in areas of use – areas where it is bent or well-worn, and will show the true color inside. Full Grain Leather is the highest quality and most durable cut of the leather you can purchase. It is the strongest of all cuts of leather, it retains and displays the history of the animal – the scars, scrapes, rough spots, and character that is unique to each animal. We use Full Grain Leather because it is the toughest and most rugged cut of leather available.
