- What is Northeast Craft Goods?
We are a small business owned and operated out of Waltham Massachusetts. While we do not have a physical brick-and-mortar shopfront as of yet we hope to one day establish our own shop downtown.
We make all of our products by hand in our own workshop out of high quality raw materials.
- Why are prices lower here than on Etsy and other Ecommerce Platforms?
Ecommerce Platforms such as Etsy charge sellers a percentage on every sale they make. By hosting our own website and selling our products directly to our customers we are able to eliminate that cost and pass the savings directly to you!
- Do you collaborate with other businesses?
Yes! Working together with other businesses to create high quality products for their customers is something which we take great pride in accomplishing.
We can facilitate the creation of custom stamps which will allow us to tool the companies branding or customization into our existing products or develop entirely new products as needed!
- Shipping
We hate it when we find something online that we want to purchase and when we get to the checkout its suddenly way more expensive because of hidden shipping fees.
We charge a flat $5 shipping fee for all orders under $150
The truth is that all of our products cost more than $5 to ship but we will happily absorb that cost if it means getting our products into our customers hands.
We also run free shipping promotions from time to time!
